New Item Registration Certificate: Data and Price (per item, 5 sales outlets included)

Registering the item on the Ministry platform with its data and price, and issuing the item registration certificate. Registration is required before the item is offered for sale, and malls, hypermarkets and pharmacies ask for it before accepting a product. The fee is QAR 100 per item or service and includes registration in 5 sales outlets, plus QAR 10 for every extra outlet per item or service (service MC-40).

Example: 20 items sold in 15 outlets = (20 × 100, first 5 outlets included) + (20 items × 10 extra outlets × 10) = 2,000 + 2,000 = QAR 4,000 in fees; any government fees are paid separately against the official receipt. Items that need extra approvals, such as cosmetics, food or devices, may be priced above QAR 100 per item, always in a written quote before work starts.
