LLC Setup Package
A package to establish a limited liability company, covering everything in the sole proprietorship package plus coordinating the articles of association with the notary and preparing the bank account opening file.
Government fees are paid separately with the official receipt and are not part of Basira’s fee.
What we do
- All items in the sole proprietorship package + articles of association coordination with the notary + bank account file
Documents you provide
- QID or passport copies of all partners
- Shareholding split, capital and manager's name
- Three proposed trade names
- Premises lease contract
- Corporate partner documents if any (attested CR and resolution)
- Authorization letter or power of attorney for Basira
Notarising the articles requires the partners or their attorneys to attend. Notary and government fees are paid separately.
