New Business Operations Package
A package to get a newly established business operational, covering the recruitment quota request, work visas and residence permits for the first three employees, and Wage Protection System (WPS) registration.
Government fees are paid separately with the official receipt and are not part of Basira’s fee.
What we do
- Post-setup: recruitment quota + visas + residence permits for the first 3 employees + WPS
Documents you provide
- Copy of valid Commercial Registration (CR) and establishment card
- Trade licence and lease contract
- Employees' passports and photos
- Attested qualifications for professions that require them
- Signed employment contracts
- Establishment bank account details
Visa, medical exam and residence fees are paid separately, and quota approval is at the Ministry of Labour's discretion.
